Private gift websites for two
Your love story, sealed with a kiss.
Make a little world for the one you love: your story, the places you've been, letters to open later and a birthday cake they can blow out. One link, one passcode, only for them.
.xotale.com
is held for you.
- Your link is saved in your name. Nobody else can take it.
- When the builder opens for early access, we'll email you first.
- Then you fill in your story, set a passcode and send it.
How it works
Three steps to a gift they'll keep.
-
1
Hold your link
Pick a link with both your names, like alex-and-sam.xotale.com.
-
2
Fill in your story
Add moments, places, photos and letters. Choose a theme. Change anything later.
-
3
Seal it and send it
Set a passcode only they would know, like a date that matters. Then send the link.
What's inside
Every room of your story.
Turn on the parts you want, in the order you want.
-
Love story timeline
Your moments in order, each with photos, a video and the story behind it.
-
Map of your places
A pin for every place that matters. Play your story and fly from one to the next.
-
Open when letters
"Open when you miss me." Letters sealed until the right day, even a year away.
-
Birthday room
A 3D room with a cake. They blow into the mic to put the candles out, or tap them.

-
Keepsake book
The whole gift as a printable book: story, letters, wishes and coupons.

Privacy
For their eyes only.
Your gift is not a profile and not a feed. Before the passcode there is only a welcome page with what you choose to show.
-
A passcode only they would know
Checked on our server for every page and every photo, not just hidden in the browser.
-
Answers never stored as text
We keep only salted hashes of passcode answers.
-
Photos stay locked
Your photos, videos and voice notes are served only after the passcode.
-
Hidden from search
Gift sites ask search engines not to list them, and wrong guesses are rate limited.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
What is XOtale?
A way to make a private website for your partner, like a storybook of your relationship. You write it, they open it with a passcode.
Can I start building today?
Not yet. The builder is in early access. Hold your link now and we'll email you when it's your turn.
Does holding a link cost anything?
No. Holding a link is free.
Who can see our site?
Only people with the passcode. Without it, visitors see a welcome page with what you choose to show, nothing more.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Gift sites are made for phones first, and can be added to the home screen like an app.
What can the link look like?
Lowercase letters, numbers and single hyphens, 4 to 40 characters. For example priya-and-raj.xotale.com.
Is there more than the list above?
Yes: a quiz about the two of you, a countdown that opens a card each day, and a photo booth that sends their pictures to you. You choose which rooms to show.
